The brief
Rastafly had a passionate community of 30k on Instagram but a 0.6% site conversion rate. The default theme was squeezing margins and making it impossible to build brand.
What we did
We redesigned the identity, rebuilt the storefront on Shopify Hydrogen with editorial capsule pages and a custom size-guide flow, then stood up a Klaviyo lifecycle program on three core sequences.
The outcome
Site conversion moved from 0.6% to 2.1%, repeat revenue share from 12% to 38%, and average order value up 24% thanks to bundle merchandising.
