The brief
Kipu Finance is a pan-European treasury SaaS used by 300+ small companies. The founding team had built a capable product but was losing prospects on the marketing site and inside the activation flow. They had a Series A to raise.
What we did
We ran a four-week discovery sprint across pricing positioning, product messaging and analytics. We rebuilt the marketing site on Nuxt 4 + Content, designed a new product visual language, and shipped a redesigned activation flow alongside a lightweight data layer tied to HubSpot.
The outcome
In the first 90 days post-launch: marketing site conversion up 184%, signup-to-activated up 3.1×, Lighthouse performance at 99 on mobile. The A round closed on schedule.
