The partnership
OHM is a creative studio — identities, brand systems, campaigns. We work as their engineering side. From project one we sit on the same kickoffs, share the same Figma and Slack, and do reviews together. No classic agency handoff where design ships beautifully and the build never quite lands.
AI in their workflow
We plugged a set of AI helpers directly into how the studio works day-to-day: brief summarisation, first-pass copy in three languages, automated asset tagging for the media library, and a self-hosted Llama / Mistral instance for anything the client doesn't want sent to OpenAI or Anthropic. Running on their own GPU — zero token cost, zero data leaving their machines. We handle the evals, the retraining, and the cost/quality tradeoffs.
Internal tools
We also build the studio's own internal interfaces — the things that aren't client-facing but decide how fast OHM can move. A project dashboard that pulls from Linear, Figma and Slack. A shared asset library across clients. Custom admin panels for their retainer clients. The tools no client ever sees but the team opens every morning.
What it gets the work
Eight-plus joint engagements since 2024. Clients get one team behind a single creative lead. OHM ships faster because their designers don't have to hand off — we're already in the room. And the studio itself runs on its own tooling, which means we're also our own first user.
